RETURN & EXCHANGEQuality inspection will be conducted prior to packing. We offer an exchange for defective and incorrect items only, within 3 calendar days after your product has been delivered. Please contact us via our Instagram chat @ginros.sg and indicate your full name, order number, reason for returning and photo of the defective / incorrect product. Please note that we strictly do not accept returns for items that have been used. Shipping fees are borne by GINRO'S only if product(s) is found to be defective upon inspection or incorrect items.
