  • DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
    - Discount codes cannot be stacked at GINRO'S - Discount codes are valid for a limited time only and cannot be used on previous purchases - Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions - GINRO'S reserves the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time - Please ensure discount codes are entered correctly at the time of purchase. GINRO'S is not responsible for any errors or omissions in discount code usage.
  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    - Ship across Singapore only - We provide free local shipping on orders SGD 50 and above - SGD 3 local delivery fee is applicable for orders below SGD 50 - Orders will be shipped out within 5 working days - Please ensure correct shipping address is provided as we are unable to change once we have mailed out the items
  • RETURN & EXCHANGE
    Quality inspection will be conducted prior to packing. We offer an exchange for defective and incorrect items only, within 3 calendar days after your product has been delivered. Please contact us via our Instagram chat @ginros.sg and indicate your full name, order number, reason for returning and photo of the defective / incorrect product. Please note that we strictly do not accept returns for items that have been used. Shipping fees are borne by GINRO'S only if product(s) is found to be defective upon inspection or incorrect items. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • CANCELLATION & REFUND
    Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellation or refund once an order has been confirmed.
